No. We have made one Model 3 mattress shape from the beginning, and every one fits both earlier cars and Highland. There is no uncertain historical revision hiding in an old order confirmation. There is no separate Highland adapter. There is also no reward for keeping twelve compatibility tabs open once you have reached this paragraph.
What can differ is the first setup in your own car: front-seat position, pillow depth and the way you use the rear door. Those are comfort details. They do not change which Snuuzu Model 3 mattress belongs in the car.
One mattress shape from the beginning

If a second-hand mattress is clearly a Snuuzu Model 3, it fits earlier Model 3 cars and Highland. Condition is the useful question, not generation.
Check that the cover, seams, air layer, pump and valves have been cared for. Inflate it at home, leave it for a while and make sure every part works before you take it somewhere that is prettier but less convenient. A sunset is a lovely backdrop for dinner and a poor lighting setup for troubleshooting.

The setup can still feel personal
