Ask what each comfort layer is there to do
Some car mattresses are air-only designs with the sleeper lying on a sealed plastic shell. Others put foam inside an inflatable shell and describe the result as a softer top. Foam inside a chamber is not the same construction as a separate topper: the sealed outer material still sits between the sleeper and the foam, and it limits the direct pressure-relieving and breathable feel you expect from foam on a bed.
Snuuzu deliberately puts its 4 cm visco-elastic memory foam above the air layer. The shaped air layer deals with the uneven Tesla floor and adjustable firmness. Choose three features for your Tesla and your body
